FalconDive is an AI-first value realization platform that provides decision intelligence, revenue leakage detection, root cause diagnostics, and value monitoring services for businesses, with a focus on the iGaming sector.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lognormal Analytics Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
